ITIL training finished!

I’ve just come out of what has been a truly amazing few days of ITIL training. Yes for most you’d think it would be incredibly boring and tedious but the trainer was simply amazing.
There are just too many things to talk about so I’ll get through them eventually. My first step though is to write down how I understood the support request or more accurately termed Service Operation Process. I’ve documented this as a page on this blog about Request Handling which obsoletes the Priorities post I made not so long ago.
